SHIPPING

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the current Covid-19 situation, delivery may take longer than usual. First class mail may take 1-2 days longer.  

We ship by royal mail First class post. For UK orders, delivery is estimated at 1-3 days to be delivered.

Europe and International orders 7-15 days depending on local postage service.

DISPATCH

Please note that all of our masks are made to order.

Although most of the time, we can dispatch within 2-3 days, please be aware that it can take up to 5 days for dispatch. 

For any other orders (excluding face masks), dispatch is usually within 3 days. 

TRACKING 

The delivery of our products does not come with tracking. If you would like any of your purchases to be tracked, please contact us prior to your order so we can discuss an alternative delivery cost.

RETURNS

If you have any problems with your order or are unhappy in any way, please contact us using the contact form.

Please note:  We are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for face masks, unless the item is damaged or faulty.
